Avalanche Book Club

Join our book club for some community, relaxation, and resistance! Our Discord server (code below) offers additional updates, information, and chat features. We will meet on the third Thur for discussions, open to those who can attend in person.

BOOK CLUB IS OFFICIALLY UNSHELVED!

We're happy to announce that we will be restarting the book club, and in-person meetings will begin again in June! Our next in-person session will be on June 18th, at 6 pm.

In light of current events, we will be kicking off the reunion with some poignant non-fiction, "A People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn. Since we're announcing this with a two-month lead time, please be prepared to discuss the entire book, but we will likely only have time to cover the first half in our two-hour timeframe. The cadence of meetings will likely be monthly, and on the third Thursday of each month.

If you have not joined our Discord group yet, please do so! There are some resources there for independent book sellers, as well as the ability to chat with your fellow book club members.
