Avalanche Book Club

Join our book club for some community, relaxation, and resistance! Our Discord server is a resource for more information and virtual options. We will meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month for incremental discussions for those who can attend in person and virtually. 

 

Our first read:

The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood

Our first discussion will be based on the first three chapters on March 18th, 2025, at 6 PM. The next three chapters will be discussed at the next meeting, which is on the third Tuesday of April, and so on until that book is completed. We will announce the next book close to the end of our first book (and, in case you're wondering, they are all from "banned books" listings!) Please join our Facebook Group for ongoing discussions, and be sure to enter our Discord server for our virtual meetings.
